I would say the only thing that disappointed us were the high administrative fees and the fact that their on-site accommodations were booked when we booked the wedding and not told prior that we would not have the option to stay on site the night leading up to the wedding. We initially booked our wedding for 2021 in the Harbor Room (stunning), but as 2020 came to a close, it was clear we needed to reschedule. After touring a few venues, we knew the ocean room was where we had to have our wedding. The food at Wychmere was incredible, and the best part is that they MADE SURE we both got to eat our dinner! Everything went perfectly on our day. Our wedding coordinator, Brooke, took care of every last detail leading up to the event and day-of. The food was delicious and we even had appetizers saved and set aside for us while we took photos outside. We had scheduled other appointments at Cape Cod venues, but after getting a tour of Wychmere, we knew we would not see anything better, and promptly cancel Wychmere is an absolutely stunning venue and our ceremony was unbelievable with the setting sun in the background!
