That should change in 2022 to help the Bills' offensive line take a step forward. The Jaguars will be banking on Jawaan Taylor playing better than he did in his first three NFL seasons, as hes yet to surpass a 63.7 overall grade. Trent Williams, San Francisco 49ers. Despite the success of their running backs, the Broncos' run blocking actually wasn't as strong. Only two of those seven players didnt play multiple positions. The Colts just were never able to piece things together in pass protection well enough. Wirfs' 82.2 PFF grade ranks second at the right tackle position, and he has proven himself against some of the best edge defenders in the league a list that includes the likes of Cameron Jordan, Khalil Mack and Joey Bosa. RT Penei Sewell | 77.4. The Jaguars have several high-level pass protectors in Brandon Linder and Andrew Norwell on the interior. RT Larry Borom | 61.4. Its a group that could be dealt a big loss in the form of Joe Thuney, however. RG Josh Jones | 46.7 The Jets averaged just 1.1 yards per carry before contact per rushing attempt in 2020 (30th). Roullier recently got his long-term extension to stay in Washington, and Scherff will be looking for the same this offseason. Jonah Williams was the only member of Cincinnatis offensive line to record a pass-blocking grade of 70.0 or higher (75.8) in a group that was hampered not only by a lack of talent but also by injuries. LG Joe Thuney RT Nate Solder | 60.2. C Corey Linsley | 86.3 C Connor McGovern | 75.8 Corey Linsley and Matt Feiler were massive upgrades in, Every starter on the line earned an above-average PFF grade, even if they each had their wobbles over the season. The former first-round pick has split time between left tackle, left guard and right tackle in his three-year career but has quite clearly been at his best at tackle. There were games this season in which the Chicago offensive line couldnt block anybody, but overall it wasnt as bad as those low moments. The Dolphins' offensive line should be massively improved in 2022, but thats after the unit was one of the NFL's worst in 2021. Jordan Mailata's incredible development at left tackle can't be understated. Theres quite obviously a lot of hope for the future with the talent Seattle has brought into the fold, but this has crash-and-burn potential. RG Jon Runyan Rookie Walker Little ended up playing seven games at left tackle, earning the best PFF grade on the team among offensive linemen (68.8). Jake Matthews was the best-graded pass-blocker at left tackle, but his run-blocking grade sat at just 58.8. This is one heck of a tackle duo, but the interior is a hodgepodge of unproven youngsters.
